Kingco Meets Resume This Week

On Wednesday, Oct. 8, the Roughriders cross country teams travel to Beaver Lake Park in Sammamish (directions below). Schools attending the meet include Issaquah (Boys #9-4A), Eastlake (Girls #3-4A), Newport of Bellevue (Girls #10-3A) and Skyline. The course is fairly fan-friendly with a number of good viewing places.

There are two ways to get there–via 520 or I-90. Pick your poison. The directions below are based on the I-90 route.

From Roosevelt High School

1.	Head south on 15th Ave NE toward NE 66th St	0.1 mi
2.	Turn right at NE 65th St	0.5 mi
3.	Turn left at NE Ravenna Blvd	0.1 mi
4.	Slight right onto the I-5 S ramp	0.5 mi
5.	Slight left at I-5 S	4.3 mi
6.	Take exit 164 toward I-90 E/Bellevue/Spokane	0.7 mi
7.	Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-90 E	259 ft
8.	Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-90 E/Bellevue/Spokane and merge onto I-90 E	13.0 mi
9.	Take exit 15 for WA-900 W toward Renton	0.2 mi
10.	Keep left at the fork to continue toward 17th Ave NW/Renton Issaquah Rd SE/WA-900	0.3 mi
11.	Turn left at 17th Ave NW/Renton Issaquah Rd SE/WA-900 Continue to follow 17th Ave NW/WA-900	0.3 mi
12.	Slight right at NW Sammamish Rd	0.7 mi
13.	Turn left at E Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE	1.2 mi
14.	Turn right at SE 43rd Way	1.2 mi
15.	Continue on 228th Ave SE	1.3 mi
16.	Turn right at SE 24th St	1.3 mi
