CX Retreat

JOIN US FOR THE ANNUAL RIDER RUNNER TEAM RETREAT!
The goal of our retreat is to promote team bonding and introduce new runners to our great traditions, in a relaxed and scenic location. Activities include daily running, instruction on nutrition and training techniques, and captain led activities and games. It’s one of the most anticipated events of the XC season and a fun way to begin a new school year! The team is chaperoned by Coach Donna and Assistant Coaches, Lindsay and Sara.
